Who are these people who claim to be able to buy your house fast....for cash?

Sounds too good to be true? Not really, but there are conditions. There are a number of property investors who are looking to expand their portfolio and buy houses with a view to renting them out. Best of all, market conditions don't influence their strategy too much.

 

What is a Property Cash Buyer?

A Property Cash Buyer or Quick Sale Agent is generally a wealthy individual or company with access to large amounts of money.

Rather than have this money sit in a bank account earning a bit of interest they look to buy properties for long term returns. These returns are realised through income from rent and ultimately profit from the increased value of the property.

These are investors looking for long term gains and generally not influenced by short term market conditions.

  • There is no chain involved
  • Average purchase price is roughly 20% below market value
  • There are no estate agents usually involved

  • The person who will buy your property will be able to complete the sale in a very short period of time.
