DCM Money Solutions Website Affilaites Application Form and Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the Agreement) govern the relationship between:
(1) DCM Financial Solutions, 3 Hope Drive, The Park,Nottingham, NG7 1DL
and
(2) The party whose full details appear in the Registration Form ("Affiliate")

BACKGROUND
(A) DCM Money Solutions are a licensed company in the field of debt management.

(B) DCM Financial Solutions is a regulated and expert specialist, with access to a limited number of providers for lifetime mortgages or reversions (Equity Release Products).
(B) The Website Affiliate ("Affiliate") is the owner or website administrator of one or more websites where they are authorised to show advertising. People who subsequently click on these adverts and become Clients (the "Client") of DCM are eligible for referral payments
(C) DCM agrees to contact the referred Client in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement (the Agreement) to provide advice to such Client.

1. Terms of Agreement

DCM Money Solutions agrees to advise the Affiliate of relevant Client

2. Payment Arrangement

DCM Money Solutions shall pay to the Introducer £50 in relation to the referred business. This fee paid to the Introducer is deemed inclusive of VAT and is payable to the Introducer by DCM Money Solutions within 3 months of receipt of the cleared funds by DCM Money Solutions from the relevant client in respect of the business carried out for the client.

3. Obligations of the Affiliate
The Affilaite shall cooperate fully in any investigation or the resolution of any complaint relating to the business of DCM Money Solutions. The Affiliate shall not otherwise divulge any confidential information relating to DCM Money Solutions

4. Obligations of DCM Money Solutions
DCM Money Solutions undertakes that it will not solicit or seek to entice away from the Affiliate any person that is introduced to DCM Money Solutions under this agreement for the purpose of doing business of the same or similar nature to the business which the Affiliate provide to clients (unless expressly provided for).

5. Consent

The Affiliate shall ensure that expressed consent has been obtained from the client, stating that he/she would like more information in the service(s) of DCM Money Solutions; and that the client has given expressed consent that he/she may be contacted by DCM Money Solutions, both by post and by Telephone. The Affiliate shall provide Evidence of this consent if requested by DCM Money Solutions.

6. Termination
This agreement may be terminated at any time, without penalty, by either party giving notice in writing to that effect to the other. Such termination shall not effect the rights or obligations of either party third party in respect of business already completed.
